Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. We can try to accommodate early/late check-ins if travel plans change but it is not guaranteed.
Because of the uniqueness of our destination we have a really hard time rebooking dates if vacations are cancelled less than 60 days in advance.
We highly recommend travel insurance.
Cancellation 60+ days - full refund
Cancellation 30-60 days - 50%
Cancellation at less than 30 days - no refund.
If you buy travel insurance for your stay but it does not fully cover your expenses with us, and we successfully rebook your vacation dates for another guest, we will refund the difference between your rate and the new guest's rate after recouping the losses incurred from your cancellation. This means we will also cover any shortfall between the amount your insurance pays and the total cost of your original reservation AFTER we are made whole. Please note we require travel insurance to be purchased within 72 hours after booking for this policy to apply. We will only cover the cancellation reasons your insurance covers.
There is a closet outside that you can keep your gear. It does lock and we will provide you with a key.
Parking is non-reserved and in the lot after the sign that says Woodbrdige Condo Parking. There will be a parking pass in the condo. If you need more than one please let us know. If you plan on having guests we suggest you give them a pass while they are visiting.
Sometimes we can. The earlier you book inthe season the more likely we can accommodate. Month long rentals will be priced per request. We will consider any request.
